The television sets pick up static,
walls lose their doors,
and yet I can’t seem to hide
I’m told time, and again
Yet I’ve misplaced my reason

I’ve lost all sight of what exactly?
Who am I doing this for?
Who gets the benefits?
Is it me?
Or is it them?

I’m so tired and frustrated
All their talk feels like rain,
and the weather’s on overcast
So what can be done about rain?
Where’s an escape?

It always feels like conformity
Succeeding in their expectations
But now I’ve gotten so lost

I’m told time, and again
Is it me?

Here comes a desire for wings.
Bad HabitNobody likes to hear that…
The sort of thing that…
That makes our skin crawl

It’s all we can do to treat ourselves,
Doses of pleasure mixed with pain
It isn’t anything new;
A daily occurrence
We’re medicated, see?
Sure, it could be seen as
Indecent, immoral,
Emotionally unhealthy

It’s a want to touch,
A want to be touched,
A want to be known,
To be loved…
Giving a lot,
And wanting so much more

We aren’t “whores”,
We’re only human;
Humans have habits.
“Whoring is a habit,”
Humans have a habit,
Hypocrisy and victimization

Make it sound like anything
To esca
Let me use youLet me use you

I gave you too much
Much which you didn’t deserve
And all of it wasted time
You’ve skewed my very essence
Turned me down, unconfident
I’m no weak, vulnerable person
I want, but I can’t have
Now, I don’t care

You were supposed to fulfill a purpose
Someone, I wanted someone, I wanted you
Why won’t you let me use you?

I want, at least and at most
One person to be interested in me
Make me someone important
I want to be the one someone needs
I want to be you…
What you were to me
Important

I let you use me, you let me down
And after years of attempting to fix you
I stood up and
What's with the face?What’s with the face?

Spare me your guilty looks
what will it change?
We both know what will happen
Yet again, volatile efforts on my part
Not my fault...
It’s not yours

I suppose it’s my luck or
maybe it’s myself in general?
Who can answer that?
“why?”

So be it
I’ll prosper in spite of it
Toss the question over my shoulder
I’ve lived with it before

I don’t blame you
I don’t like you any less
It’s just disappointing
Pile it on the mess

That’s right. A mess
something ignored and disorganized
left to grow bigger; get worse

Another of her photos I played with. I actually really like this one... Even though the skirt was a little embarrassing..! >///>; It's very appealing to me. I added a kinda blue tint to it but brightened it aswell... Looks neat! $-*
